the push ups were the hardest. I don't go very fast on any of these movements. I had to keep telling myself not to slow down on the run b/c I kept feeling myself getting slower and slower. the cold really got to me while running.

New fran time?


Well this morning was Fran and Jose was leading the demo and said "I don't care if you go slower if you do something that will make you stronger. I want to see you doing band pull-ups if you do them." That meant me. I can only do 10 band pull-ups without stopping after that, I can do one or two between rests. I did 9:23 with 45#'s and black and blue bands.
